A driver was cited following a one-vehicle crash that occurred about 6:10 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 21, along SR54 in Ryan Township, Schuylkill County.
State police at Frackville said Joshua L. Keff, 31, of Mahanoy City, was driving a 2006 Chrysler Sebring eastbound when he said a deer entered the road in front of him. He swerved to avoid the deer and crossed both lanes of travel, went onto the berm and impacted with a utility pole.
