Richard "Rusty" Taylor, CEO of Lehigh Anthracite Coal LLC of Tamaqua, right, addressed a meeting of the Coaldale Lions Club. Taylor described the operations of Lehigh Anthracite in the 8,000 acre property located in the Panther Valley. He outlined the projected growth of Lehigh Anthracite and described current operations. Taylor spoke about the personnel policies of Lehigh Anthracite and emphasized that Lehigh Anthracite is striving to be a resposible corporate citizen of the Panther Valley and surrounding areas.
