Pocono Mountain Regional police reported on the following drug-related arrests made by officers.
On Friday, Feb. 24, about 6:16 p.m. officers observed a suspicious vehicle parked at the rear of the parking lot of Summit Lanes, in Pocono Summit, Tobyhanna Township.
Officers stopped to investigate and identified the occupants of the vehicle as Frederick James McConnell, 18, of Pocono Summit, and three juvenile males, all 17, two from Pocono Summit and one from Albrightsville.
