The Tamaqua Family and Community Arts Center, 125 Pine St., will be holding their kickoff this evening from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Events consist of a grand opening show featuring Kathy Rimm, The Fat Cats, Sterling Koch and a collective encore jam. There will also be an art exhibit on the first floor, with live musical entertainment on the second floor. Organizers state that donations are always appreciated.
