Residents who live in Palmerton can expect to experience a drop-off in their water pressure at times next month.
Borough Manager Rodger Danielson informed Borough Council on Thursday that the borough's water department will draw down the potable water tank on Lafayette Extension, which serves as the main reservoir.
Danielson said it will take several days to draw the water tank down, and added that at some point along the way, the borough will have to take the tank out of service because it will have to go in and clean and inspect it.
