Seven defendants whose criminal cases were scheduled to be brought to trial, waived a jury trial and changed their pleas to guilty before Judge Cyrus Palmer Dolbin in the Schuylkill County Court.
Danielle Betty Wildermuth, 29, Pottsville, on a charge of theft from Martin's Farm Market, Wayne Township, was sentenced to serve 12 months on probation, and pay $50 to Criminal Justice Enhancement Account (CJEA). On a charge of receiving a stolen bike received a concurrent 12 months probation sentence.
