Raymond Kline, 60, of Harrisburg, was arrested by state police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks on April 7 at 12:45 a.m. after he drove through a DUI Sobriety checkpoint on SR901 in North Manheim Township.
Police said after they finally stopped him he showed signs of being intoxicated and was given field sobriety tests at the scene. He was aso taken to the Schuylkill Medical Center-S. Jackson St., Pottsville, for a blood-alcohol test.
Police said after being placed in custody, a search yielded a small amount of suspected marijuana and a metal smoking pipe.
