Adriana Kulik, 40, of Saylorsburg, escaped injuries in a one-vehicle crash Dec. 21 at 1 a.m. on State Route 715 in Chestnuthill Township.
State police at the Fern Ridge barracks said she was driving a 2006 Dodge Caravan southbound when it went out of control on a curve, exited the southbound lane of travel and struck a sharp turn arrow sign and two pine trees.
Police said she will be cited for driving on roadways laned for travel.
