State police at Fern Ridge said a routine vehicle stop for traffic violations led to charges against a area driver.
Troopers said Kristen Dunlap, 19, of Albrightsville, was stopped about 1:58 a.m. on May 28 along SR115 in Chestnuthill Township, Monroe County.
During the stop troopers noticed two street signs belonging to the borough of East Bangor, Northampton County, on the rear seat.
Dunlap told troopers she took the signs because one for them said "High St." on it and she was going to give it to a friend.
