A Monroe County man is facing charges of simple assault and harassment following a domestic incident.
Pocono Mountain Regional police said on July 8 officers respondd to 579 Laurel Drive, in Tobyhanna, for a domestic incident. On scene officers were told that Kevin Preston, 54, and his wife, Diane Saenger, were involved in a verbal argument.
During the argument Preston allegedly struck Saenger in the face causing an injury to her mouth.
Preston was placed under arrest and taken into custody. He was placed to the county prison in Snydersville pending arraignment.
