A Schuylkill County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence (DUI) following a traffic stop that occurred about 12:20 a.m on Monday, Aug. 6, along Oak St., in Shenandoah.
State police at Frackville said Charles M. Koncsler, 56, of Ringtown, was stopped. At the stop he was found to be under the influence and taken to the barracks for a breath test.
The test revealed that Koncsler was over the legal limit of .08 percent. He will be charged, troopers said.
