A husband and wife involved in a domestic dispute over custody of their children were both cited, state police at Frackville reported.
The incident occurred about 10:11 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 23, at 322 Hobart St., in Gordon. Troopers said Kristen Brzoska, 28, of Mahanoy City, and Steve Brzoska, 36, of Gordon, went to the home of their babysitter for their children. An argument ensued between the two over custody of the children.
The husband claimed his wife punched him in the head and she claimed he kicked her in the shin.
