A driver was cited following a one-vehicle crash in Monroe County.
Pocono Mountain Regional police said about 9:30 p.m. on July 7 officers responded to a crash along Sawmill Road in Wagner Forest. On scene officers found a Dodge pickup truck off the road and into a tree with no driver in the area.
A short time later Richard Abbazio, 27, of Pocono Lake, arrived on scene. He rented the vehicle and said someone must have stolen it.
