Three persons are facing charges of manufacturing methamphetamines as a result of the execution of a search warrant on Oct. 8 at 9:30 p.m. at a residence in Effort.
Charged are Thomas E. Kram, 31, of Albrightsville, and Shawn D. Berger, 31, and Kimberly A. Maro, 29, both of Effort. Following arraignment, Kram is being held in the Monroe County Correctional Facility, Snydersville, while Berger and Maro were later released.
