Pocono Mountain Regional police reported on two arrests stemming from domestic incidents, both occurring on New Years Day.
About 12:20 a.m. officers were dispatched to A Country Place in Tobyhanna, for a domestic report. Through the course of an investigation police learned that Eric Mart, 45, and Tracie Wolford, 40, both of Hellertown, were traveling in a vehicle when they began to argue. Mart then allegedly punched Wolford repeatedly and ripped out her hair. Wolford exited the vehicle at which time Mart also left the car and tackled her.
