Both parties in a altercation that occurred at a Schuylkill County residence were cited.
State police at Schuylkill Haven said the incident occurred at the residence of Michelle Hendricks, 39, of 43 Front St., Cressona, about 8:15 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 21.
