Seven area residents were among 31 defendants who entered guilty pleas in Schuylkill County court recently and were sentenced by Judge John E. Domalakes as follows:
Mark B. Goff, 37, of 112 School St., Jim Thorpe, driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol, serve 72 hours to six months in the county prison, fined $1,000, pay $300 to Substance Abuse Education (SAE) fund, $50 to MCARE fund, attend alcohol highway safety school, perform 10 hours of community service, and drivers license suspended 12 months.
