Ira G. Ross attended the American Bankers' Convention at Richmond, Va., this week.
All constables in Carbon county not receiving a compensation of 25 cents for each saloon visited will resign and they will be reappointed in order to come under the new law. Those elected under the new law are entitled to the compensation and milage.
