Pocono Mountain Regional police said a Monroe County man is facing charges following a domestic incident.
Police said on Oct. 18 about 8:30 p.m. they were dispatched to 21 Summit Drive, Mount Pocono, for a reported domestic incident. On scene the officers were met by Vanessa Barnard, 24, and Veronica Barnard, 18, both of Boonton, N.J. Vanessa Barnard stated she came to the residence to drop off her children to their father, Kerey Cousar, 27, of that address.
