Pocono Mountain Regional police reported on three driving under the influence (DUI) arrests made by officers.
On Oct. 20 about 2:40 a.m. police on patrol along SR940 observed a vehicle traveling eastbound at a high rate of speed. A vehicle stop was made and the driver identified as Julius Kollar, 45, of Swiftwater.
He was found to be under the influence and failed field sobriety tests. He was then transported to the county prison where a blood sample was taken for testing. The charge is pending the test results.
