A Schuylkill County resident is facing a drug possession count following an incident that occurred about 10:36 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 2,
State police at Frackville said troopers went to 8 Park St., Mechanicsville, to take Marvin Marion Nowling, 50, of Cumbola, into custody on a bench warrant issued by the county court.
While taking him into custody troopers found heroin in Nowling's possession. He was lodged in the county prison on the warrant with the drug charge to be filed.
