A Schuylkill County man was cited for retail theft this week at a county business.
State police at Frackville said Justin Tielman, of Pottsville, was observed by employees of the Sears store in the Schuylkill Mall, New Castle Township, removing a Sony PS3 wireless controller from the store without paying for it. The incident occurred about noon on Thursday, Jan. 5.
He will have to answer the charge before District Judge David Plachko of Port Carbon.
