November 10, 1978 Kevin Snyder carries 16 times for 100 yards and three touchdowns to help Lehighton rebound from a scoreless first half and gain a 26-12 Centennial League win over East Stroudsburg. Snyder, who passes 1,000 yards rushing for the season, reaches the end zone on runs of one, six and 28 yards. The Indians, coached by Jim Wentz, also receive an 11-yard TD pass from Steve Bottcher to Dave Silvonek. On defense, George Ebbert comes up with an interception and recovers two fumbles.
