A Monroe County driver is facing charges following an incident that occurred about 10:14 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 13, along Dorshimer Road at Burger Hollow Road, in Polk Township.
State police at Fern Ridge said Nathanial David Madigan, 24, of Kunkletown, was stopped after he failed to stop for a stop sign and attempted to flee west on Dorshimer Road.
He was placed uder arrest at the intersection of Dorshimer and Lower Middle Creek roads. He was charged with fleeing and eluding and later released. His vehicle was towed from the scene, troopers added.
