A Monroe County man is facing charges following an incident that occurred on Friday, Jan. 13.
Pocono Mountain Regional police said about 3:06 a.m. they were called to the Leach residence at 339 Clearview Drive, in the Emerald Lakes development in Tobyhanna Township. A female at the residence said Joseph Leach, 26, of Long Pond, was at the home and had assaulted another member of the family and left the residence.
