A 43- year-old Tamaqua woman is facing retail theft charges following an incident at the Hometown Commons Wal-Mart on Jan. 23.
Kelly Bedamus allegedly removed merchandise valued at $187.35 from the retail store. The incident reportedly took place at 4:34 p.m.
