A Monroe County business has been cited by the Wilkes-Bare enforcement office of the state liquor control board.
NBW Costar Inc, trading as Woody's Country House, SR115, Blakeslee, Tunkhannock Townhip, was cited for forfified, adulterated and/or contaminated liquor.
This charge will be brought before an administrative law judge who has the authority to impose penalties ranging from $50 to $1,000 for minor offenses and up to $5,000 for more serious one. The judge can also impose a license suspension or revocation based on the severity of the charge.
