State police at Schuylkill Haven reported a theft from a vehicle.
Police reported that someone entered the black Chevrolet Avalanche of Steven Edward Moore, 26, of Tower City, between 4:15 and 10 a.m. and removed a pair of Oakley sunglasses, Smith and Wesson handcuffs, cell phone holder and the victim's checkbook from inside the vehicle.
The total loss was estimated at $150, excluding the checkbook.
