Eldred Township resident Richard Zilmer told the Eldred Township board of supervisors that he is opposed to the creation of the Walter W. Mock Park on the lot east of his house and the parking area on the lot north of his house, to be located off Church Road. He asked if anyone contacted Mrs. Jacqueline Mock about a request to move the parking lot.
Michael Kaspszyk, township solicitor, said that he had spoken to Mrs. Mock and she did not wish to allow any more acreage on the portion by the tot lot to be used for parking.
