Six local high school football players will be honored at the 2012 LVCNFF Scholar Athlete banquet that will be held Sunday, March 4, at the Northampton Community Center. Speaker for the banquet is coach Raymond Monica from Kutztown University.
Jim Thorpe's Ben Moore, Lehighton's Zach Coleman, Northern Lehigh's Kirk Bender, Northwestern Lehigh's Kyle Klase, Palmerton's Aaron Cook and Pleasant Valley's Robert Getz have all been chosen to represent their schools.
