A Luzerne County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence (DUI) following a one-vehicle crash in Schuylkill County. State police at Schuylkill Haven said the accident occurred about 11:45 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 21, along SR125 in the area of Molleystown Road, in Tremont Township.
Troopers said Gurminder Singh, 24, of Sugarloaf, was operating a 2007 Chevrolet Cobalt northbound and negotiating a right-hand curve when he lost control. The car went onto the berm and struck an embankment and cement drainage ditch.
