Ten area defendants were among 18 who entered guilty pleas to criminal charges recently in the Schuylkill County Court and where sentenced by Judge Cyrus Palmer Dolbin.
Timothy John Postupack, 33, of 31 Vulcan Road, Barnesville, on a charge of terroristic threats and simple assault on Shannon Ashfield in Saint Clair Borough last Dec. 8 received a jail sentence to run consecutive with the one now serving on an assault charge. His aggregate sentence comes to 12 to 46 months in the county prison with credit for having served 132 days.
