"The best leaders are great followers," said Tamaqua band member Erin Raymond in describing this year's new band director, Mark Beltz, during the Tamaqua Area High School Music Department's Annual Spring Concert held in the school district auditorium Thursday night.
"Mr. Beltz, thank you for following us from elementary school to high school and proudly leading The Pride of Tamaqua, The Tamaqua Raider Band," said Raymond, who is a senior.
