A number of local talent came out to entertain Thursday evening at the Tamaqua Community Arts Center's free Open Stage event. Local performers consisted of Faith Roberts, Andrea Whitley, Mike Kearman, Brendan Bennett, Christian Gardiner and Mitchell Sabol. Bennett, 13, of Delano, performed a guitar and vocal solo during the open stage event.
