At long last, Palmerton Area High School's authentic restrooms will receive a makeover.
The school district will accept bids for complete renovations to a set of the school's restrooms until 10 a.m. March 7.
Demolition, plumbing, electrical, mechanical and finishes are among the renovations the work will entail to the restrooms, which are original to the building.
Contacted this morning, Superintendent Carol Boyce told the TIMES NEWS both the men's and women's restrooms in the main hallway will be made handicapped accessible.
